Syncona Shs GBP (GB:SYNC) has released an update.
Syncona Limited, a prominent life science investment firm, has announced the issuance of 407,966 new ordinary shares as part of its long-term incentive scheme, affecting about 0.06% of the current issued shares. These shares will be issued at a closing mid-market price of £1.25 and cannot be sold or transferred by the recipients for one year post-realization. Trading of the new shares on the London Stock Exchange is expected to commence on July 24, 2024.
