Synaptics Incorporated has appointed Ken Rizvi as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective July 15, 2024. Rizvi brings extensive financial leadership experience from his previous roles at SMART Global Holdings, UTAC Holdings Ltd., Isola Group, and Micron Technology. His compensation includes a base salary of $490,000, potential annual incentives, and equity awards in RSUs, MSUs, and PSUs totaling $6,450,000, subject to performance and vesting conditions. Michael Hurlston will step down as CFO but remain as President and CEO. Rizvi’s appointment underscores Synaptics’ commitment to strong financial management as they continue to innovate in the technology sector.
