Sylogist Ltd., a prominent SaaS firm serving the public sector, has reported a strong first quarter in fiscal 2024 with a 12% year-over-year increase in SaaS ARR to $28.5 million and an 18% rise in bookings. The company’s strategic partner collaborations contributed significantly to this success, with over a third of bookings being partner-attached. Additionally, Sylogist declared a dividend payout of $0.01 per share for its shareholders.
