Swoop Holdings Sells Voicehub Unit for $9M

Swoop Holdings Limited (AU:SWP) has released an update.

Swoop Holdings Limited has announced the sale of its Voicehub business to Pivotel for $9 million, a move that will allow Swoop to strengthen its balance sheet and focus on core services such as residential and SMB markets. The all-cash deal includes a five-year agreement ensuring consistent wholesale rates for Swoop. Proceeds from the sale are earmarked to fund growth in the company’s main business areas and support a stronger cash position for FY25.
