Swoop Holdings Moves to Acquire Vonex Shares

Swoop Holdings Limited, through its subsidiary Swoop Telecommunications Pty Ltd, has initiated an off-market takeover offer to acquire all shares of Vonex Limited that it does not already own. The offer entails exchanging 1 Swoop share for every 3.9 Vonex shares held, with the deadline for acceptance set for January 17, 2025.
