Swoop Holdings Limited has made an off-market takeover offer for Vonex Limited, increasing the share exchange ratio to 1 Swoop Share for every 3.8 Vonex Shares, while maintaining the value at $0.05 per Vonex Share. Swoop is also exploring the possibility of offering a cash alternative, contingent on securing financing. The offer is open for acceptance and will close on January 17, 2025, unless extended or withdrawn.
