SWK Holdings Corporation (SWKH) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
Yvette Heinrichson, CFO of SWK Holdings Corporation, will resign effective February 13, 2024, with no disagreements cited regarding financial operations. President and CEO Joe D. Staggs will cover her duties temporarily while a search for a new CFO is underway. Heinrichson will stay on as a part-time consultant to aid in the transition, compensated on an hourly basis, until the first quarter’s report is filed or as otherwise agreed.
