Suzano Papel e Celulose has conducted a Board of Directors’ meeting to re-elect Walter Schalka as CEO until July 1, 2024, and to appoint João Alberto Fernandez de Abreu as the new CEO starting July 2, 2024, for a one-year term. The Board also unanimously approved the re-election of several other executive officers, ensuring the company’s leadership structure is solidified for the upcoming fiscal year.
