Sure Ventures PLC has successfully raised £200,000 through a private placement of shares, priced at 72.5p each, to fund further investments and bolster its working capital. The newly issued shares are set to be traded on the London Stock Exchange’s Specialist Funds Segment, with trading expected to commence around June 13, 2024. Following the placement, the company’s total issued share capital will consist of 7,327,462 Ordinary Shares with equal voting rights.
