Sure Ventures PLC has successfully raised £300,000.50 through a private placement of 315,790 new ordinary shares at 95p each, increasing Mindflair PLC’s stake in the company to 23.76%. The funds will be directed toward further investments, particularly in the Sure Valley Ventures UK Software technology fund, and for general working capital. The new shares are set to commence trading on the London Stock Exchange’s Specialist Funds Segment around August 8, 2024.
