Supernova Metals to Acquire NamLith Resources Expanding Offshore Namibia Interests

Supernova Metals Corp. has entered into a definitive share exchange agreement to acquire all outstanding shares of NamLith Resources Corp., which holds a 12.5% equity interest in Westoil Limited. This acquisition grants Supernova an interest in the Petroleum Exploration License 107 located offshore of Namibia in the Orange Basin, enhancing its portfolio in a prospective energy region. The transaction involves issuing 15,000,000 common shares to NamLith shareholders and is subject to regulatory approvals and other customary conditions. The acquisition will not lead to significant structural changes within Supernova Metals Corp.
