SuperCom Ltd. (SPCB) has released an update.
SuperCom Ltd. has issued a pre-funded purchase warrant allowing the holder to buy a specified number of the company’s ordinary shares at any time from the issue date until the warrant’s expiration. The exercise of the warrant can be made in full or partially and includes a cashless option based on a predetermined formula. The exercise price for the ordinary shares under this warrant is set at a nominal value, with the pre-funded amount fully paid up-front.
