SuperCom Ltd. issues a purchase warrant for 1,000,000 ordinary shares to Armistice Capital Master Fund Ltd., with an exercise price of $0.4004 per share, adjustable under certain conditions. The warrant can be exercised starting 60 days post-issue, up until April 16, 2029, through full or partial cash and cashless transactions. This move offers potential financial leverage and flexibility to the warrant holder while broadening SuperCom’s investment base.
