Super Micro Computer Launches Convertible Notes Offering

Super Micro Computer (SMCI) has released an update.

Super Micro Computer, Inc. has announced the pricing of its $1.5 billion convertible senior notes offering due in 2029, targeting qualified institutional buyers. The company is also giving the initial purchasers the option to buy an additional $225 million of these notes. This move does not constitute an offer to sell or a request to buy any notes or company stock that may be issued upon their conversion.
