Super Hi International Holding Ltd. has successfully executed the over-allotment option in their offering of American Depositary Shares (ADSs), issuing 403,900 additional ADSs and raising approximately $7.35 million in net proceeds. The capital raised will be allocated towards global expansion and restaurant network strengthening (70%), investment in supply chain management (10%), technological enhancements in restaurant management (10%), and general corporate purposes (10%).
