Sunworks Inc (SUNW) has released an update.
Sunworks, Inc. and its three subsidiaries have halted operations and filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy, leading to its common stock being set for delisting from The Nasdaq Stock Market. Trading of Sunworks stock will cease by February 15, 2024, due to the company’s inability to meet Nasdaq’s minimum bid price requirement and the bankruptcy proceedings, which give Nasdaq the discretion to terminate its listing.
