Sunwah Kingsway Capital Liquidates Invesco Units

Sunwah Kingsway Capital Holdings Limited (HK:0188) has released an update.

Sunwah Kingsway Capital Holdings Limited has announced the disposal of 2,730 Invesco QQQ Trust Units over the period from July 18, 2023, to July 11, 2024, through its subsidiary on the Nasdaq Stock Market. The transactions, which constituted a discloseable event due to the size of the deal, were made at a loss but provided the company with approximately $1.19 million in liquidity to strengthen its cash position and fund future investments. Despite the loss, the company’s directors believe the move was in the best interest of the company and its shareholders.
