Aelios Pte. Ltd., through United Overseas Bank Limited and DBS Bank Ltd., has announced a mandatory conditional cash offer to acquire all outstanding units in Suntec Real Estate Investment Trust, except those already owned by the company and its allies. This move, disseminated electronically to Suntec REIT unitholders, is in line with the Singapore Code on Take-overs and Mergers.
