Paul Ian Chapman, a director at Sunshine Metals Limited, has increased his interest in the company with the acquisition of 1,818,182 fully paid ordinary shares and 606,061 options exercisable at $0.03, as per the latest director’s interest notice. This brings his total indirect holdings to 58,091,364 shares and 7,812,121 options, with a direct interest in 4,000,000 options exercisable at $0.0225, following the approval at the General Meeting on 9 May 2024. The shares and options were acquired for a total consideration of $40,000.
