Paul Ian Chapman of Sunshine Metals Limited has increased his direct and indirect financial interest in the company, acquiring over 1.8 million fully paid ordinary shares and over 600,000 options, as per the latest director’s interest notice. The increase, valued at $40,000, reflects shares and options issued from a general meeting approval, significantly boosting Chapman’s total securities to more than 58 million shares and 7.8 million options. No securities were disposed of in this change.
