Sunshine Gold Ltd has reported a change in the holdings of director Alec Christopher Pismiris, who acquired additional shares and options in the company through indirect interests, as per the latest director’s interest notice. The transactions, approved at the General Meeting on May 9, 2024, resulted in Pismiris’s indirect holdings increasing to 12 million ordinary shares and various options with different expiry dates and exercise prices, without any disposals.
