Slilaty, CEO, Camille Sebaaly, CFO, and Dr. Abderrazzak Merzouki, COO, will receive annual salary hikes tied to inflation or a minimum increase, whichever is higher. In case of termination without cause, substantial severance packages are promised, ensuring stability and confidence in the company’s future growth strategies.
