Sunrise Resources plc has announced raising £201,500 through issuing 403 million new shares at 0.05p each, which matched the market’s closing bid price. The fundraising includes both a placing and a subscription, with Executive Chairman Patrick Cheetham investing £50,000. The proceeds will be used for general working capital and further exploration of the company’s mineral projects.
