Sunoco LP has welcomed Mr. W. Brett Smith to its board of directors and the audit committee, effective March 22, 2024. Mr. Smith, an independent director, will receive the standard compensation package that includes cash and restricted phantom units as incentives. His appointment was made in line with the company’s governing documents, and there are no undisclosed arrangements or conflicts of interest concerning his new role.
