Sunny Optical Technology has announced key changes in its board with the resignation of independent non-executive director Shao Yang Dong and the appointment of Chen Gang, effective January 2025. Chen, bringing extensive experience from Yuantai Investment Partners and previous roles in major companies, will now chair the Remuneration Committee and join the Audit and Nomination Committees.
