Sundart Holdings Shareholders Approve All Resolutions

At the Annual General Meeting on June 19, 2024, Sundart Holdings Limited shareholders approved all proposed resolutions with overwhelming majority votes, including the re-election of key directors and the re-appointment of BDO Limited as the auditor. Shareholders also granted the directors a general mandate to issue and deal with additional shares, as well as to repurchase up to 10% of the company’s shares, indicating strong confidence in the company’s governance and future outlook.
