Suncorp Group Limited has announced the procedures for shareholders to vote at their upcoming Annual General Meeting on October 22, 2024. Shareholders can vote directly or appoint a proxy, with the Chairman intending to vote in favor of all resolutions if appointed as a proxy without specific directions. Votes must be lodged by October 18, 2024, either online, by mail, fax, or in person, with additional instructions provided for corporate representatives and power of attorney regulations.
