Sun Art Retail Group Limited has announced its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on 14 August 2024, where shareholders will review the audited financial statements, consider a final dividend of HK$0.02 per share, and address matters such as re-election of directors and reappointment of auditors. The meeting will also involve granting the directors authority to buy back up to 10% of the company’s shares and issue additional shares within a specified period.
