Sun Art Retail Group has announced the appointment of Ms. QIN Yuehong as a non-executive Director, effective from 21 May 2024. Ms. Qin brings extensive financial experience to the role, having previously worked at Alibaba Group and China International Capital Corporation Limited. Her appointment is in line with the company’s governance and remuneration policies, and she does not hold any directorship in other public companies.
