Summit Ascent Holdings (DE:ION2) has released an update.

Summit Ascent Holdings Limited has announced its Board of Directors, listing Mr. Lo Kai Bong as the Executive Director and Chairman, and Mr. Chang Heng Kit as a Non-executive Director. However, the company has also disclosed that its four Board committees, including the audit and nomination committees, currently have no members.
