Summa Silver Corp. has announced the issuance of 105,991 common shares as part of its annual payment under amended lease agreements for the Mogollon project in New Mexico. This payment, based on a 20-day volume weighted average price, is the third of ten yearly payments stipulated in the agreements. The company specializes in mineral exploration and owns significant projects in Nevada and New Mexico, including the historic high-grade Belmont Mine and Mogollon Project.
