Sucro Limited, a growth-oriented sugar refiner serving the North American market, has engaged Renmark Financial Communications USA Inc. to enhance its investor relations efforts, including communication and market research, on a seven-month term with a monthly fee of US$7,000. Renmark, a firm experienced in representing various cap public companies in North America, does not hold any interest in Sucro and will not receive shares or options as compensation. Sucro continues to expand its North American presence with a comprehensive sugar supply chain and two refineries.
