Income & Growth VCT plc and its related entities have successfully passed all resolutions regarding their merger, with the subsequent placement of MIG 2 and MIG 4 into voluntary liquidation and issuance of new shares in MIG and I&G, respectively. Shareholders will see these changes reflected on the London Stock Exchange with trading expected to commence on 29 July 2024. Additionally, the merger has prompted directorial changes and the offers for subscription are now set to open on 2 September 2024.
