S&U plc announced a significant internal share transfer with Mrs. CMG Coombs transferring a total of 24,400 ordinary shares at no cost to her sons, Anthony Coombs, Chairman, and Graham Coombs, Deputy Chairman. Post-transfer, Mrs. Coombs holds a 0.6% stake, Anthony Coombs 10.1%, and Graham Coombs 13.6%, with an additional 3.1% held by a company under their control. This reshuffling of shares represents a notable change in the distribution of the company’s voting rights.
