STV Group plc has announced board changes with Ian Steele stepping down as Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee, succeeded on an interim basis by Simon Miller. Additionally, CEO Simon Pitts is set to depart on November 1, 2024, to embrace a new opportunity, with the company actively searching for his replacement.
