Additionally, CEO Simon Pitts is set to depart on November 1, 2024, to embrace a new opportunity, with the company actively searching for his replacement. The company expresses gratitude to both Steele and Pitts for their significant contributions and assures that the strategy and leadership transition are in capable hands.
