StrikePoint Gold Inc. has successfully completed the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising $1.227 million through the issuance of over 30 million units at $0.04 each. The funds are primarily allocated towards the Cuprite Gold Project’s exploratory drilling and other operational costs. A second tranche is expected to close in mid-March, subject to regulatory approval, while the securities from this tranche will be on a four-month hold period.
