Stria Lithium has granted 300,000 stock options to its board of directors and other eligible optionees under its Incentive Equity Plan, with these options priced at $0.17 and expiring in 2027. The company’s amended 20% fixed stock option plan, which increases the potential issuance to over 5 million options, received shareholder approval but awaits TSX-V clearance.
