StrategX Elements Corp. has completed a significant $4.5 million private placement without issuing any warrants or finder’s fees, to fund exploration for critical minerals in northern Canada. The placement resulted in Northern Exposure Minerals LP acquiring a 28.5% stake in the company, making it a new control person under Canadian securities laws. The funds are earmarked for the company’s exploration expenditures, with shareholders showing strong support for the initiative.
