Strategic Minerals PLC is set to enhance its board by appointing two significant shareholders, Mr. Charles Manners and Mr. Mark Burnett, with the former expected to become the Chairman. These appointments come as the company has decided against proceeding with Mr. Jon Reynolds as a Non-Executive Director. The company, actively developing projects in the minerals sector, has a revenue-generating operation in the USA and is involved in projects in the UK and Australia.
