Strategic Minerals PLC announces the retirement of Chairman Alan Broome and the proposed addition of Mr. Jonathan Reynolds as an independent Technical Non-Executive Director. The company, which has recently seen a turnaround in Cobre sales performance, anticipates further strengthening its board with another UK-based Non-Executive Director with a strong mining background. Managing Director John Peters expresses gratitude for Broome’s contributions and is confident in the value Reynolds’ extensive mining experience will add to the company.
