StoneX Group Shareholders Elect Directors, Ratify KPMG, and Appoint New Chairman

StoneX Group (SNEX) has provided an announcement.

At the recent StoneX Group Inc. Annual Meeting, shareholders voted to elect eight directors for a one-year term, with Annabelle G. Bexiga and Dhamu R. Thamodaran receiving the highest number of votes in favor. KPMG LLP was ratified as the independent accounting firm for the fiscal year 2024, and a “say-on-pay” resolution for executive compensation passed with significant support. Following the meeting, John Radziwill was named Chairman of the Board of Directors, signaling a fresh chapter in the company’s leadership.
