Stockland has disclosed a significant change in Director Tarun Dinkar Gupta’s holdings, where 654,094 performance rights were converted into the same number of ordinary stapled securities. This transaction was conducted on-market as part of Mr. Gupta’s FY22 Performance Rights Plan, and post-conversion, he now holds 1,709,952 ordinary stapled securities. No trades were made during a closed period that would require prior written clearance.
