Stockland has announced the issuance of 4,872 fully paid ordinary/stapled securities, set to be issued on June 30, 2024. This is part of the company’s ongoing strategy to manage its unquoted equity securities, as detailed in their latest Appendix 3G filing. The move aims to strengthen Stockland’s financial standing and provide additional capital for future growth.
