STMicroelectronics (STM) has released an update.
STMicroelectronics has announced the completion of a share repurchase program, buying back 177,666 of its own shares between June 17 and June 19, 2024, for a total expenditure of EUR 7,058,643.66. The repurchased shares, representing 0.02% of its issued share capital, were acquired to fulfill obligations related to debt financial instruments convertible into equity. With these transactions, the company now holds approximately 0.9% of its issued share capital in treasury shares.
