SThree plc has announced the initial notification of transactions involving Timo Lehne, the company’s CEO and Director, who has acquired 85,028 ordinary shares at £3.75 each, totaling £318,855. The off-market transaction, detailed in the company’s latest disclosure, was part of a share issue for the purchase of Minority Interests held by Lehne.
