Stevanato Group Spa invites shareholders to attend its Ordinary General Meeting via teleconference on May 22, 2024, to vote on key issues such as the approval of the 2023 financial statements, dividend distribution, and Board of Directors appointments. Shareholders registered by the April 26, 2024 Record Date are eligible to attend, vote, or appoint a proxy for the meeting, with pre-meeting formalities due by May 17. The meeting will address financial approvals, director compensations, and share purchase authorizations, among other agenda items.
