Stepan Company (SCL) has released an update.
The Stepan Company’s Board of Directors has expanded to include a new member, Susan M. Lewis, bringing the total count to eight. Lewis, who will serve on several key committees including Audit, Compliance, Human Capital and Compensation, and Nominating and Corporate Governance, is set for re-election at the 2024 annual stockholders’ meeting. Her compensation aligns with the existing non-employee Director terms recently detailed in a regulatory filing.
