Step One Clothing Limited founder and CEO Greg Taylor sold 313,500 shares to bring Australian sporting legend James Spithill onboard, enhancing the company’s commitment to high-performance and ESG values. Spithill’s investment reflects a shared vision for sustainability and innovation, supporting Step One’s global growth ambitions. Despite the sale, Taylor remains the company’s largest shareholder with a 66.88% stake.
