Stellar Resources Limited has successfully passed all resolutions at their 2024 Extraordinary General Meeting, with overwhelming majority votes in favor of ratifying placement shares, issuing additional placement shares and unquoted options, and approving the issuance of securities to directors. The voting demonstrated strong shareholder support, with each resolution receiving at least 72% approval on a show of hands, and between 98.41% to 99.05% approval on the poll.
