Simon Taylor, a director at Stellar Resources Limited, has increased his indirect shareholding in the company with the acquisition of 3,750,000 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares and 1,875,000 Unlisted Options, as per the latest filing. This transaction occurred as part of a company placement which was previously approved at an Extraordinary General Meeting. Post-acquisition, Taylor’s total interest includes over 22 million shares and close to 3 million options with varying expiry dates.
